You won't lose much DLC high res textures aside from some character and creature textures but if you already use skin texture mods it won't matter or make a difference. A alternate fix that works for me is to remove the DLCUltraHighResolution - Textures02.ba2 file in your Fallout 4 data folder and store it elswhere for recovery purposes in case a better fix comes along.
